Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCS CSSB 141(RLS) be taken up on the same day. Objection was heard. Representative Mulder placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated that, without objection, Representative Kookesh would be excused from a call of the House today. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the reconsideration of HCS CSSB 141(RLS) be taken up on the same day?"
